The Fairlight Shawl is a generously sized triangular shawl featuring soft Fern and cozy Gossamer yarns in a simple slipped stitch pattern. The original was knit in my Fern base, but any of my fingering weight bases will work. Zephyr can also be substituted for the Gossamer.

The original colors are Doe in Fern + Serenade in Gossamer, but nearly any combination will work as long as there is good contrast between the colors. Find a large selection of alternative color sets for this pattern under the KITS tab above.
